Amit KasliwalFounder & CEO
For over a decade, Amit climbed the corporate ladder at top firms, but success came at a cost—he felt disconnected from himself. A turning point came during his Executive Program at INSEAD, where he was introduced to the transformative power of coaching. It wasn't just a career shift; it became his ikigai. Witnessing his own evolution from a corporate executive to a TEDx speaker and leader, Amit realized that coaching could unlock human potential where it was needed most.
His journey wasn't a straight line. Starting with seminars and workshops, he noticed a critical gap: the insights people gained faded once they returned to the daily grind. Determined to make coaching accessible and lasting, he pivoted to technology. After navigating early failures and relentless iteration, he built Dehurdle — to make the kind of coaching that changed his life measurable, continuous, and accessible to every manager in the enterprise, not just the C-suite.
Vishal VermaCo-Founder & CTO
Vishal studied robotics, physics, and systems design at IIT Delhi — a combination that taught him to move comfortably between hardware-level thinking and distributed systems architecture. After college, he built MVPs for early-stage startups and ran his own ventures, learning the hard way what it takes to ship from zero to one. Where most engineers pursue an MBA to broaden their thinking, Vishal chose to prepare for the Indian Civil Services — widely regarded as one of the toughest managerial selections in the world. Three years of studying economics, ethics, governance, history, and public policy — with physics as his optional — gave him a systems-level understanding of how institutions, incentives, and human behavior actually work.
Health challenges eventually redirected his path, but they also crystallized something: the systems that were supposed to help people grow — in government, in corporations, everywhere — were fundamentally broken. When he and Amit connected, the conviction was immediate and mutual. Today, Vishal is responsible for Dehurdle’s entire technology stack — the zero-payload privacy engine, the behavioral intelligence pipeline, the real-time voice simulation infrastructure, and the agentic coaching layer. When he’s not building, he’s usually reading research papers in developmental psychology, computational neuroscience, or AI alignment — and occasionally writing opinion pieces about them. He also plays competitive chess, which probably explains the obsession with long-term positional thinking.
