Across a distinguished 16-year corporate career holding leadership roles at global powerhouses including Ford Motor Company, Hero Group, and The Times Group, Amit witnessed firsthand how communication slip-ups in high-stakes meetings sank multi-million dollar deals. He saw that while organizations spent billions on leadership development, high-impact executive coaching remained locked behind expensive human consultancies at the C-suite layer.
An INSEAD Executive Program Alumnus and 2x TEDx Speaker on AI transformational leadership and capability building, Amit founded Dehurdle to democratize continuous, lifelike AI voice simulation drills for every frontline professional across the enterprise.
Vishal VermaCo-Founder & CTO (IIT Delhi Alumnus | Systems & AI Physics Architect)
Vishal studied robotics, physics, and complex systems engineering at IIT Delhi — a rigorous foundation that shaped his approach to high-throughput, low-latency distributed architectures. Three years dedicated to Indian Civil Services selection preparation expanded his scope into economics, public policy, governance mechanics, and human institutional incentives.
Vishal architected 100% of Dehurdle's core technology stack from first principles— engineering the real-time voice streaming pipeline, the zero-payload Zero-Voice Retention (ZVR) privacy engine, the real-time vocal pace (WPM) and delivery analysis framework, and the Lumi AI agent layer. He also serves as Dehurdle's designated Data Protection Officer under India's DPDP Act 2023.

We never store client voice logs. Conversations are piped transiently through encrypted WebSockets in-memory and permanently auto-redacted and deleted post-evaluation to guarantee SOC 2 alignment.
