Zero Voice Retention
Practice audio is held in memory on the server only while the session runs, is never written to disk, and is gone when the session ends. Dehurdle doesn't keep voice recordings.
Automatic transcript redaction
Before a transcript or a coach chat message is saved, an automatic filter replaces email addresses, phone numbers, payment card numbers, and some national ID numbers with [REDACTED]. It doesn't remove names or addresses.
Hosted in India
Dehurdle runs on AWS in Mumbai, India. The database and cache are encrypted at rest and in transit and aren't publicly reachable. Live voice conversations are processed by Google in the USA.
No AI training on your data
Dehurdle doesn't train or fine-tune any AI model on your transcripts, scorecards, or uploaded playbooks. Google's Vertex AI terms don't allow Google to train its models on them either.
Single sign-on and admin logs
Teams can sign in with enterprise single sign-on through WorkOS. Admin actions are logged, and Dehurdle's API is rate limited.
Retention and backups
Transcripts and written feedback are deleted after your organization's retention period (365 days by default). Encrypted database backups expire within 7 days.
How Dehurdle supports your obligations
Dehurdle doesn't hold a security certification such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001. Your organization stays responsible for how it uses Dehurdle. Here is what the product does to help under each law.
GDPR (EU and UK)
Dehurdle signs a data processing agreement (DPA) with your organization. Transfers of EU and UK personal data to India and the USA use the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum. Transcripts and written feedback are deleted after your organization's retention period (365 days by default). On your request, we export, correct, or delete a user's data.

Dehurdle doesn't recognize emotions or detect stress. AI personas are always disclosed as AI. Our Terms of Service prohibit using scorecards as the sole or primary basis for employment decisions, and anyone can ask for a human review of a scorecard.
