Before a transcript is saved, email addresses, phone numbers, payment card numbers and some national ID numbers are replaced automatically; names and addresses are not removed. Dehurdle doesn't train AI models on customer conversations. Data is hosted in India (AWS Mumbai), live voice is processed by Google in the USA, and there is no EU hosting option.
