Pro passes, top-ups that never expire, and payment receipts
Pro is now a 30-day or 1-year pass that never renews by itself, and top-up minutes no longer expire.
What's new
- Pro is a 30-day or 1-year pass with 120 practice minutes every 30 days. It never renews by itself, and renewing early adds the new time to the end of your pass.
- Top-up minutes never expire, and your plan minutes are always used first.
- While Pro is paused you're on the Free plan, and Pro resumes with the days and minutes it had left.
- Prices are shown in your local currency (INR, EUR or USD), based on the country you're connecting from.
Improvements & fixes
- Payment receipts show each payment's exact amount and any refund.
- Company plans get their monthly minutes on their contract date each month.
- Shared scorecard links stop working when the account that shared them is deleted.

Pause your subscription, get credit when you upgrade mid-cycle, and cancel at the end of your billing cycle.
What's new
- Pause your subscription for 1, 2, or 3 months. You keep basic access and aren't charged while paused.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle, and you can undo them with 'Keep Pro Plan'.
- Automatic prorated credit when you switch from monthly to annual billing mid-cycle.
- Minute top-ups you can buy directly from settings.
- A 7-day grace period if a payment fails, so you keep access to voice coaching while you update your payment details.

- A 'Sync Balance' button that updates your remaining practice minutes right away.
